Boat Quay along the Singapore river in 2013 was better known for their touts than cocktail bars. Reeling from the failure of our last craft beer venture (yes, not many people wanted to drink craft beers in 2013), we thought a Singaporean speakeasy is just what the quay needs. Heng ah, we were right this time round and the first Singaporean cocktail bar was borne!
Familiar local flavours such as Milo, Chendol, Bak Kut Teh, Laksa and Ice Limau all took on an alcoholic persona via the trusty hands of our bartenders.

Fried Hokkien Mee
A Singaporean speakeasy with local hawker fare? If there was an award for Best Hokkien Mee in a cocktail bar, we would definitely win it. One entry, one winner.
Jokes aside, our Fried Hokkien Mee is legendary in the cocktail bar scene. Our former Head Bartender, Edwin Poh's family recipe was passed down to us and it taste as glorious as it looks.
